ON24 Shares Jump After Q3 Beat, Acquisition Interest

11:36 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ON24 ( ONTF ) shares were up more than 15% in recent Tuesday trading, a day after it reported Q3 results that topped estimates and disclosed it received indications of interest from unnamed parties regarding a potential acquisition.

The company reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.03 per diluted share, up from $0.02 a year earlier. Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.01.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $34.6 million, compared with $36.3 million a year earlier. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $33.9 million.

For Q4, the company said it expects adjusted earnings of between $0.01 and $0.02, compared with a FactSet estimate of $0.02. It projects Q4 total revenue of $33.9 million to $34.5 million, versus a FactSet estimate of $34.0 million.

For the full-year 2025, the company expects adjusted earnings of $0.05 to $0.06, compared with a FactSet estimate of $0.06. It projects 2025 total revenue of $138.6 million to $139.2 million, compared with a FactSet estimate of $138.7 million.

Separately, the company said it is evaluating the indications of interest with its financial advisor and that there is no assurance the process will result in a transaction.
