09:46 AM EST, 01/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Once Upon a Farm said Monday that it has kicked off a roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of approximately 11 million shares at $18 per share.
The company said it will offer approximately 7.6 million of the shares, with the remainder to be sold by other shareholders. The company also said it will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 1,649,581 additional shares.
Once Upon a Farm said it expects to receive net proceeds of about $111.7 million, or $139.3 million if the underwriters exercise their option to buy more shares, which will be used to repay outstanding borrowings, buy new equipment, and for general corporate purposes.
The company said it has applied to list its stock under the ticker symbol "OFRM" on the New York Stock Exchange.
