08:59 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oncocyte ( OCX ) said Tuesday it has changed its name to Insight Molecular Diagnostics (IMDX) and relocated its headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee, from Irvine, California.

The company said its common shares will start trading under the IMDX ticker on the Nasdaq before the market opens on Wednesday.

The new name reflects its "expanded strategic direction and diversified product portfolio," although oncology is still a key area of innovation, according to the company.
