Oncology Institute Q3 Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; Shares Gain After Hours

04:48 PM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oncology Institute ( TOI ) reported a Q3 loss late Thursday of $0.14 per diluted share, narrowing from the loss of $0.18 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.11.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $136.6 million from $99.9 million a year earlier.

Three analysts expected $122.6 million.

The company increased its full-year revenue outlook to the range of $495 million to $505 million from the prior range of $460 million to $480 million.

Three analysts project $474.1 million.

Oncology Institute ( TOI ) shares rose 17% in after-hours trading.
