10:19 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Wednesday that it acquired a controlling stake in Insight Intelligent Sensors, which develops AI-driven electro-optical sensing systems.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said it expects the acquisition to strengthen its ability to deliver advanced autonomy and sensing services for new government and commercial programs.
