11:30 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Tuesday that it has closed its $425 million public offering of 19.56 million shares and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 17.40 million shares.

If the stock warrants are fully exercised on a cash basis, Ondas ( ONDS ) said it has the potential to raise about $1.5 billion additionally.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for corporate development and strategic growth.

Shares of Ondas ( ONDS ) were up about 1.5% in recent trading.
