12:31 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Wednesday it closed a public offering of 27.2 million common shares and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 9.6 million common shares at an exercise price of $0.0001 apiece.

The offering includes 4.8 million common shares sold upon the full exercise of the overallotment option by underwriters, the company said.

Ondas ( ONDS ) plans to use the net proceeds of $42.8 million for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.

Shares were down 2.7% in recent trading.
