10:57 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) said Monday it completed the acquisition of UK-based Rotron Aerospace, which develops advanced aerial systems and long-range autonomous platforms for extended-reach operations and autonomous strike missions.

The deal strengthens Ondas' ( ONDS ) presence in the UK and the broader NATO defense ecosystem while establishing a UK base for advanced unmanned systems supporting allied defense programs, according to a statement.

Shares of Ondas ( ONDS ) were up nearly 2% in Monday trading.
