09:22 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Roboteam, which makes tactical unmanned ground vehicles used by military and security customers.

Roboteam's robots are deployed with armed forces in about 30 countries and are used for bomb disposal, surveillance and other hazardous missions, the company said.

The deal is expected to expand Ondas Autonomous Systems' defense portfolio by linking Roboteam's ground robots with Ondas' ( ONDS ) aerial and intelligence platforms for security and public safety uses, it said.

Ondas ( ONDS ) expects Roboteam to contribute $3 million to $4 million of revenue in Q4 and at least $30 million in 2026, the company added.

Shares of the company were down 0.5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
