09:22 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) said Tuesday it has formed a new unit, Ondas Capital, to invest at least $150 million over the next two years in unmanned and autonomous defense systems, with initial investments expected in Q4.

The company said Ondas Capital will combine direct investment and advisory services to support deployment of defense technologies, with an early focus on Eastern Europe, including Ukraine.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said it plans to open a European headquarters with operations in Estonia, Ukraine and the UK.

Shares of the company were down more than 8% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
