09:00 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Tuesday its American Robotics unit formed a partnership with Mistral to market autonomous drone platforms to US defense and homeland security sectors.

American Robotics will work with Mistral on joint marketing and sales of the Optimus drone system and Iron Drone Raider intercepting system.

The agreement has an initial three-year term, includes an automatic renewal option, and features a success fee structure tied to actual sales, the company said.

ONDS shares were over 8% higher in recent premarket activity.
