05:19 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said late Monday it plans to offer its common shares and in lieu of shares, pre-funded warrants to purchase such shares, in a public offering.

The company expects to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriter to purchase additional shares.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The company's shares were down nearly 14% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
