08:21 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) said Wednesday it has priced a $150 million underwritten public offering of about 46.2 million common shares at $3.25 apiece.

The company said it has offered the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to roughly 6.9 million additional shares, adding that the offering will likely close around Thursday.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, among other uses, Ondas ( ONDS ) said.
