Ondas Q3 Net Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; 2025 Revenue Guidance Raised

08:23 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) reported a Q3 net loss Thursday of $0.03 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.15 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.05.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $10.1 million, compared with $1.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $7 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects revenue of at least $36 million, compared with its prior outlook of at least $25 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $27.1 million.

The company also issued a preliminary 2026 revenue guidance of at least $110 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $78.6 million.

Shares of the company were up more than 18% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
