09:56 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Israel-based Sentrycs.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The deal is slated to be completed this month, Ondas ( ONDS ) said.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said Sentrycs' cyber detection and takeover technology allows defense operators to detect, identify, track and take control of hostile drones within seconds.

Shares of Ondas ( ONDS ) were up more than 6% in recent Tuesday trading.
