Ondas to Acquire World View Enterprises to Expand Surveillance Business

09:13 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire World View Enterprises, a company that engages in high-altitude balloon intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said the deal builds on its $10 million strategic investment in World View but terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The acquisition will create a unified intelligence platform spanning stratosphere, air and land, the company said.

Following closing, World View will operate as part of Ondas' ( ONDS ) autonomous systems business unit as a wholly owned subsidiary, the company said.
