10:06 AM EDT, 03/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) said Monday it has entered into a merger agreement with US defense prime contractor Mistral in an all-stock deal valued at $175 million.

Under the terms, Ondas ( ONDS ) will pay $175 million in stock under a structure that includes escrowed shares, post-closing installments and additional shares to be released over three years, according to a regulatory filing.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said the deal provides it with direct access to US Army and Special Operations procurement vehicles while adding US-based manufacturing, integration, and federal contracting infrastructure.

Ondas ( ONDS ) shares were 2.7% lower in Monday trading.
