11:20 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Monday that a private investor group, including Charles & Potomac Capital and Privet Ventures, has agreed to invest $3.5 million in convertible notes of the company's Ondas Autonomous Systems unit.

The notes will mature Sept. 30, 2025.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said the investment will be funded by Oct. 31 and support the unit's business expansion plan.

The company's shares were up over 8% in recent trading.
