ONDEX Automation today announced the acquisition of PlantOPS Consulting, a leading provider of Manufacturing Execution System (“MES”) implementation and consulting services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech companies. This is ONDEX’s fifth acquisition since April 2024 and further deepens its resources and domain expertise in delivering compliance-driven, digitally-enabled solutions to life sciences manufacturers.

Founded by Darrell Tanner, Khush Kalsi, Vipul Thakker and Krishna Venkataraman, PlantOPS Consulting is recognized for its deep, specialized knowledge of the regulatory, quality, and operational requirements specific to the life sciences sector.
