One and One Green Technologies Starts Philippine Copper, Gold Slag Operation
Mar 27, 2026 6:34 AM

09:17 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- One and One Green Technologies (YDDL) said Friday it has launched a copper and gold ore tailings slag recovery operation in the Philippine region of Luzon.

The company said it plans to acquire mining waste from small-scale regional operators for processing at its primary facility before exporting the materials.

The strategic expansion aims to address a projected 150,000-metric-ton global copper shortage expected this year, driven by more electrification efforts, One and One said.

The new project allows the business to expand its localized raw material procurement by using both recycled metals and primary mining waste, it said.
