05:33 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ONE Gas ( OGS ) said Tuesday that board chair John Gibson will retire after the company's annual meeting in May 2026. The board elected Deborah Hersman to succeed him as chair, effective May 21, 2026.

Hersman, a ONE Gas ( OGS ) director since 2023, currently chairs the corporate governance committee and previously held senior safety and policy roles at the National Transportation Safety Board, National Safety Council, and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Waymo, the company said.
