05:55 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ONE Group Hospitality ( STKS ) said late Monday that it has appointed Nicole Thaung as chief financial officer, starting Sept. 8. Thaung will replace Tyler Loy.

She played a key role in integrating ONE Group's acquisition of Benihana, which now accounts for over 55% of the company's revenues, with expected synergies of $20 million by the end of 2026, the company added.
