OneMain Holdings Closes Acquisition of Foursight Capital

01:22 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneMain Holdings ( OMF ) said Monday that it has closed its acquisition of automobile finance company Foursight Capital.

OneMain ( OMF ) announced a definitive deal to acquire Foursight from Jefferies Financial Group ( JEF ) for $115 million in November.

Shares of the company were down 1.6% in recent trading.
