Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and other revenue, was $1.16 billion, compared with $1.09 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.21 billion.

The company said the board maintained its quarterly dividend at $1.04 per share, payable Nov. 18 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12.

OneMain Holdings ( OMF ) also said the board on Oct. 16 extended its stock buyback plan to Dec. 31, 2026.
