04:33 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ONEOK ( OKE ) said Tuesday that it acquired the remaining 49.9% stake in its Delaware G&P joint venture from NGP XI Midstream for $940 million.

Under the transaction, ONEOK ( OKE ) paid $530 million in cash and $410 million in the company's common stock.

Delaware G&P owns natural gas gathering and processing facilities in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, according to the company.
