09:32 AM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ONEOK ( OKE ) has closed the sale of its three interstate natural gas pipeline systems to DT Midstream ( DTM ) for $1.2 billion, the companies said Tuesday.

The sale includes the Guardian Pipeline, Midwestern Gas Transmission, and Viking Gas Transmission, spanning about 1,300 miles with a combined capacity of over 3.7 billion cubic feet per day, DT Midstream ( DTM ) said.

The transaction is expected to enhance ONEOK's ( OKE ) financial flexibility as it works toward its 2026 leverage target, ONEOK ( OKE ) said.
