Oneok to acquire remaining units of Enlink in $4.3 billion deal

Nov 24 (Reuters) - Pipeline operator ONEOK ( OKE ) said

on Sunday it would acquire all of the remaining publicly held

units of Enlink for $4.3 billion in ONEOK ( OKE ) common stock.
