10:23 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OneSpan ( OSPN ) said Monday it has made a strategic investment in and launched a partnership with fraud detection company ThreatFabric.

Financial details were not provided.

The move will allow OneSpan ( OSPN ) to offer its customers in the financial services industry additional capabilities in areas like cybersecurity and fraud prevention, the company said.

OneSpan ( OSPN ) will join ThreatFabric's board of directors and will also participate in the ThreatFabric strategic advisory board, the company said.
