OneSpan Launches Quarterly Cash Dividend Program

10:39 AM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneSpan ( OSPN ) said Monday it is launching its quarterly cash dividend program.

The first dividend of $0.12 per share will be paid on Feb. 14, 2025, to shareholders of record on Jan. 31, 2025.

Shares of OneSpan ( OSPN ) were up more than 7% in recent trading.
