Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $240.7 million, up from $224.9 million a year earlier.

OneSpaWorld ( OSW ) maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on Sept. 3 to shareholders of record on Aug. 20.
