04:28 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneStream said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 24.5 million class A common shares, consisting of about 18.1 million shares from the company and about 6.4 million shares from existing shareholders, at $20 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 3.7 million additional class A shares.

The enterprise finance platform plans to use its portion of the net proceeds to purchase equity interests in OneStream Software and class C common stock from its existing shareholders.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur this Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.

The stock is expected to debut on the Nasdaq Global Select Market this Wednesday under the ticker symbol, "OS."
