05:04 AM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneStream ( OS ) said late Thursday it priced an offering of 15 million class A common shares at $31 per share.

Of the total number of shares for sale, about 9 million shares will be sold by selling stockholders and about 6 million shares by OneStream ( OS ) as part of a non-dilutive "synthetic secondary" transaction.

In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.3 million additional class A common shares.

The offerings will likely close on Nov. 18.
