OneWater Marine Acquires Boat Dealer Garden State Yacht Sales

05:06 PM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneWater Marine ( ONEW ) said late Thursday it agreed to acquire Garden State Yacht Sales to expand its presence in the Mid-Atlantic US.

Garden State, a full-service marina and boat dealer in New Jersey, generated about $14 million in sales in 2023, the firm said.
