09:22 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Onex (ONEX.TO) reported second quarter net earnings of $1.71 per share compared with $3.30 per share a year earlier.

The company's board of directors declared a third quarter dividend of C$0.10 per subordinate voting share payable on Oct. 31, to shareholders of record on Oct. 9, the company added Thursday.

The company also released supplemental financial information for Convex Group Limited and said Convex's net income for the three months ended June 30 was $169 million, compared with $276 million a year earlier.

The company's shares closed up C$0.16 to C$115.02 Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
