06:28 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- onsemi (ON) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire the rights to Aura Semiconductor's Vcore power technologies, including associated intellectual property licenses.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal is expected to be completed in Q4, onsemi said.

onsemi said it expects the deal to have minimal impact to its GAAP and non-GAAP EPS in the first fiscal year after closing and will be accretive thereafter.
