10:31 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Onto Innovation ( ONTO ) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of three product lines from Semilab International's materials analysis business for $495 million, and updated its fiscal Q4 revenue guidance.

Onto said that following the purchase, it now expects fiscal Q4 revenue of $258 million to $275 million, with the deal contributing $8 million to $10 million. Analysts polled by FactSet project $257.9 million. In early November, the company issued revenue guidance of $250 million to $265 million.

The company said that the purchase is expected to be immediately accretive to margins and add $0.02 to $0.04 to diluted earnings per share in fiscal Q4.

The company reaffirmed it expects the product lines to contribute $120 million to revenue in 2026, with revenue likely weighted towards the second half of the year.

The product lines, FAaST, CnCV, and MBIR boost the company's capabilities in inline wafer contamination monitoring, materials characterization, and unique surface charge metrology, Onto said.
