05:01 PM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ontrak ( OTRK ) filed a preliminary prospectus Friday for the sale of up to about 6.5 million common shares that are issuable upon exercise of outstanding public warrants.

The company said it expects to receive proceeds of $13.7 million assuming full exercise of the public warrants, which it intends to use for for general corporate purposes.
