09:08 AM EST, 12/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ooma ( OOMA ) said Monday it has closed its acquisition of Phone.com, a provider of cloud-based business communications for small and medium-sized organizations, for about $23.2 million in cash.

The company said Phone.com is expected to generate $22 million to $23 million in annual revenue and be accretive to its non-GAAP earnings per share after the deal completion.
