06:00 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ooma ( OOMA ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire cloud-based business communications provider Phone.com for about $23.2 million in cash.

The company expects the deal to be accretive to its adjusted EBITDA and non-GAAP earnings per share upon deal completion, which is anticipated in fiscal Q4 2026.

Ooma ( OOMA ) said its board has approved the deal, and it intends to fund the acquisition through cash on hand and bank debt financing.
