09:40 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Open Text ( OTEX ) said Wednesday it has acquired Pillr, a managed detection and response platform from Novacoast.

The company will integrate its security expertise with Pillr technology to offer enhanced threat detection, monitoring, and response for clients, Open Text ( OTEX ) said.

The acquisition is not material to the company's financial results, Open Text ( OTEX ) added.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
