Announced at the GITEX Global 2025 conference in Dubai, the partnership aims to deliver secure, sovereign AI-driven solutions supporting the UAE's national digital transformation goals.

OpenText said the deal will combine its AI and information management technology with Core42's regional expertise to modernize government services.
