Open Text Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Maintains Quarterly Dividend

05:32 PM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Open Text ( OTEX ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $1.05 per diluted share, up from $0.93 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.97.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.29 billion, up from $1.27 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.26 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.275 per share, payable Dec. 19 to holders of record Dec. 5.

Shares of the company were up 2% during after-hours activity.
