Open Text Names Chadwick Westlake as CFO

08:35 AM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Open Text ( OTEX ) said Wednesday it has named Chadwick Westlake as chief financial officer and executive vice president, starting March 5.

Westlake, who will succeed Madhu Ranganathan, most recently served as CFO of digital financial services firm EQB, Open Text ( OTEX ) said.
