10:38 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Open Text ( OTEX ) said Monday that British upstream oil and gas company Serica Energy has selected the company's cloud-based content management products to improve its operational efficiencies.

Open Text's ( OTEX ) Content Cloud and Extended ECM for Engineering platforms will help Serica strengthen information management and gain access to correct and up-to-date engineering and process documentation, among other benefits, the company said.

Financial details of the partnership weren't provided.

Open Text ( OTEX ) shares were up 1.4% in recent trading.
