Nov 3 (Reuters) - OpenAI and Amazon's ( AMZN ) cloud unit, Amazon

Web Services said, on Monday the companies have struck a $38

billion partnership that will allow the ChatGPT maker to run and

scale its AI workloads on AWS's cloud infrastructure.
