(Reuters) -AI heavyweight OpenAI is discussing raising $6.5 billion at a valuation of $150 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.

The company is also in talks to raise $5 billion in debt from banks in the form of a revolving credit facility, the report said.

OpenAI did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
