Opendoor Shareholders to Vote on Reverse Stock Split Proposal on Aug. 27

08:37 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Opendoor Technologies ( OPEN ) said Monday it will adjourn its special shareholder meeting scheduled for July 28 to Aug. 27 at which time shareholders will decide on a proposed discretionary reverse stock split.

Approval would authorize the board to execute a reverse split at its discretion to help ensure continued listing on Nasdaq, the company said.

Shares of Opendoor Technologies ( OPEN ) were 4% higher in recent Monday premarket activity.
