Opendoor Technologies Names Shrisha Radhakrishna as Interim Leader After CEO Carrie Wheeler Steps Down

09:43 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Opendoor Technologies ( OPEN ) said Friday that Shrisha Radhakrishna has been named president and interim leader after CEO and board chair Carrie Wheeler stepped down from both roles.

Wheeler will stay on as an advisor through year-end, while the company continues its search for a successor, Opendoor ( OPEN ) said.

The company's board named Eric Feder, president of Lennar's LenX unit, as lead independent director, it added.

During the transition, Radhakrishna and CFO Selim Freiha will report directly to the board.

Shares of the company were up about 7% in recent trading.
