Openlane Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Initiates 2026 Adjusted Earnings Guidance

07:43 AM EST, 02/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Openlane ( OPLN ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.25 per diluted share, up from $0.21 a year ago.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.27.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $494.3 million, compared with $455 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $472 million.

For 2026, the company said it expects adjusted earnings of $1.24 to $1.38 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.40.
