11:37 AM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Opera (OPRA) said Friday that it is adding new features to its flagship Opera One browser.

The browser's developer version will let users test new artificial intelligence features on a biweekly basis through the company's AI Feature Drops program, Opera said.

The company said it has added native AI features to Opera GX, its browser for gamers, and its flagship mobile browsers on Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) unit Google's Android and Apple's (AAPL) iOS operating systems.

Opera shares were up more than 7% in recent trading.
